According to a lawsuit filed on March 6th, 2017 in Superior Court in the State of California, Innovative Health Solutions Inc is being sued by PACIFIC SURGICAL INSTITUTE OF PAIN MANAGEMENT, INC for fraud.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff's allege: PLAINTIFFS FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT FOR: 1. FRAUD—INTENTIONAL, MISREPRESENTATION, 2. FRAUD—CONCEALMENT, 3. FRAUD—NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION, 4. NEGLIGENCE.
